The Vineyard
Our vineyards spread out over different vine-growing areas : principally at Marne Valley, Vauciennes, Vincelles, and Mardeuil, Le Mesnil sur Oger in the Côte des Blancs, and Epernay the capital of Champagne.
These vineyards provide us with the three Champagne grape varieties Chardonnay represent 55 % our vineyards, Pinot Meunier 36 %, and Pinot Noir 9%. that we use to make up our cuvées with harmony, delicacy, and finesse.
