Brut Rosé
From the Vine to the Winery
Grapes coming from our vines transmit the carefully-controlled culture of the Marne Valley.
Optimum ripeness and specially-selected for making red wine.
Vinification is in temperature-regulated, stainless-steel tanks for the Chardonnay wine and in oak barrels for the red wine.
The alcoholic fermentation takes place at low temperature (between 15 and 17° C) which conserves all of the aromatic finesse.
From the Winery to the Bottle
The blend is 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinots Noir and Meunier as red wine.
Slow development of the sparkle in the constant temperature of our Cellars.
Ageing on the lees between 18 and 30 months.
Riddled mechanically or by hand.
Dosage : between 12 and 15 g/l of sugar blended with reserve wine, followed by a rest of 3 to 6 months after disgorging.
From the Bottle to the Glass
A delightful and delicate pastel-pink-coloured wine from which exudes a rich effervescence.
The nose is a marriage of small red fruits with a dominance of wild strawberries, hints of freshly-cut hay and a touch of blackcurrant.
Full and jolly on the palate, the sensation of fruit explodes and persists throughout the tasting.
To the end, the wild strawberry flavours develop and impose themselves on the senses.
A thoroughly fruity, pink champagne which inspires the joy of life.
It is a pleasure for all occasions : as an apperitif, in Winter by the fire, or on a Summer’s afternoon.
